Dispenser Packaging Designs

This product design case study demonstrates designs done under tight constraints and extreme engineering challenges. Dispenser packaging designs for packaging toilet rim blocks is one such project. The design activity started with intense design research.

Insights were drawn together during the design thinking session of the project.

Further, the team ventured aggressively to develop product design concept sketches.

Concept refinement and CAD modelling were done based on the merit of the concepts.

3D printing of the dispenser packaging designs was done to test the performance of the solution.

Testing was done to prove the performance. Several rounds of prototypes were done with minor modifications to tune the performance.
